World Dry Clean offers Valet Dry Cleaning Service for customers in the Atlanta area. We specialize in high-end, specialty items that you wouldn’t trust to your corner dry cleaner. Our safe and secure customer portal simplifies the process by allowing you to request dry cleaning pick up, manage your items, and make payment. To get started as a new customer, simply fill out our new customer form, and we will reach out to you and confirm your information and schedule your first concierge dry cleaning visit.

Get Started with Our Concierge Dry Cleaning Process
Complete the online form - Provide the requested information, (contact information, item details, etc…) All major credit cards are accepted. *World Dry Clean uses a safe, secure third party-verified encrypted server - protecting your personal information and simplifying the process.
A staff member will reach out to you, to confirm the information on your application. Include your address and any special instructions.
During this call, please tell the staff where you will leave your items for pickup (i.e. porch, building concierge).
On the day of pickup, place the items into a secure laundry bag and place in the designated location. *Please unbutton garments, and clean out any pockets. If there are any spots that need special attention, or repairs that need to be made, please let us know. If you do not have a laundry bag, you can purchase one through our customer service management portal.
Items will be picked up during the scheduled time from your location.
Pick up days and times are Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-12:00 noon.
After our careful and thorough cleaning, we will deliver the garments at your designated location and you will receive a confirmation text. All billing is done automatically at the time of delivery, using the credit card you saved on our customer portal. You can update your billing method at any time.
